The state of technology changes daily, sometimes by the minute. We keep abreast of all the emerging and existing technologies and how they can be implemented into an overall solution.
Cloud computing, Google Analytics/AdSense/AdWords/Maps/Shopping, social networking, CMS, operating system support (Linux, Macintosh, Windows), TCP/IP networking, virtualization, network monitoring -- you name it, we've probably done it.
We don't recommend solutions that we haven't used and tested ourselves.

We are also a regular participant on Experts-Exchange, primarily in the Drupal, Mac OS X, Apache and Linux Zones, as well as other Web development and CMS-based Zones.

Linux is the rock-solid platform we use for just about all of the server work we do. No matter what flavor: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ubuntu, and their of the underlying distributions CentOS, Debian and Fedora, we've got you covered. |
The most widely used open source database on the market today, MySQL has proven itself over and over again as yet another rock-solid product. Because it's open source, there are no licensing fees, and since it's actively developed it continues to grow and thrive. |

Our favorite virtualization platform. Many of the major cloud providers use Xen in one form or another. We've been able to consolidate servers by as much as 15:1 using Xen and XenServer (a Citrix product), thus reducing hardware complexity, power consumption and unnecessary expenditure. |
PHP is a powerful, ubiquitous language used by a huge number of sites today. Even Facebook, one of the largest sites on the Web, is written using PHP. However, it can be slow unless it is configured properly for any given application. APC, memcached, and all kinds of configuration tweaks is usually all it takes, and we can tell you the right ones, and the wrong ones. |

One of the original dynamic languages used in early Web development -- via Common Gateway Interface, or CGI -- Perl is an extraordinarily powerful tool that shouldn't be overlooked. Certain tasks, especially background tasks, are perfect candidates for being written in Perl. |
We can't say enough about Apache. It is the de-facto standard Web server due to its configurability, power, speed and support. Need a reverse proxy that is compatible with your network? How about a caching CDN server located in the cloud? Or do you just need a fast, reliable, and proven server to sling your pages out? Apache is perfect for it. |

With over 20 years of Macintosh experience, we can configure, fix, finagle, optimize, or just plain personalize your Mac experience. Although we prefer Linux for a server platform, the Mac makes a great one too, and we know it forwards and backwards. Since it's built on UNIX, working "under the hood" is a very effective way to make your Mac shine. |
